Captain Wise has over 30 years of experience in naval research using not only archives and museum collections in the United States but a cadre of global naval consultants he can draw upon when seeking information about foreign naval campaigns. His main area of interest is in World War II. He also will assist families of deceased former military men who during their lifetime revealed little of what they did in the war to their loved ones. Captain Wise will assist families in obtaining a copy of the military records of these personnel, research and summarize the activities of the individual's unit and, if possible, have medals reissued that have been lost over the years.
